Fiscal Downfalls Have Ruined Me Personally Can Debt Relief Really Work

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 6:34 am

To me personally the past couple of years have been completely devastating financially!  Everybody knows that this economic collapse has had a large affect on pretty much the whole planet; and for myself I got hit quite hard.  I was a mortgage broker right before the economic chaos arrived and I had been doing wonderfully, immediately after the economic climate got turned upside down I found myself with no job.  That had been only the 1st strike against my financial well being.  You see I also had more than $100,000 tied up in a real estate property development job.  In the past ıt had been the sophisticated move to make people were making a giant wealth in real estate property; nonetheless that crashed down more quickly than I lost my job, consequently positioning me without a job and down a huge load of savings.

I had to spend just about a year to get employment just after getting laid off; along with being at a drastically smaller pay grade than I was used to.   During the time I had been jobless I counted to a great extent on charge cards to help keep my household above water and pay other monthly bills such as food and fuel ect.  This positioned me in a far worse monetary state of affairs than I was already in.

I went from working with a $100,000 a year plus position to absolutely nothing, suddenly lost a huge amount in a housing investment which should have made me wealthy for a lifetime, and today I’m caught deep in personal debt and hardly capable of paying it off.

At this point today I’m fairly close to looking into chapter 13 to see if I can dispose of this personal credit card debt; that is until I had been advised of an additional method to pay off my credit card debt.  This method is debt resolution which is much the same ultimately to credit card debt negotiation.  At the present time a debt negotiation program is regarded as one of the biggest techniques of debt relief.  But the problem is there are many adverse elements to debt negotiation just like collections calls, lawsuits, and poor credit.   The bottom result of this debt resolution procedure however will wind up saving me personally a handsome profit and I may become debt free in only a couple of years; when comparing the detrimental repercussions of personal bankruptcy this debt resolution process just may be the ideal solution.

Seemingly with debt resolution everything is handled via a law practice giving me the debtor much more rights under the law.  They tell me when the debts are in the hands of a 3rd party collection company  they can for legal reasons prevent these people from calling and harassing me.  A further huge gain is that in the event one of my debt collectors sues me they will still be able to negotiate an out of court negotiation for me; that’s something unsecured debt settlement organizations aren’t allowed to perform.  And yet another benefit is that they will work in part by a contingency, which means they will work to save me the most amount of money because the more they’re able to save me the more they are going to receive.  Then it works out with regard to everyone concerned rather effectively, I have virtually opted and will be applying this as my credit card debt reduction in order to get back on my feet.
